A three month intensive programme, typically for turn-arounds and start-ups

We have a strong track record of working with many businesses on a three month project basis, giving you the attention and dedicated support you need in that time, whether to reach more of your market or turnaround results. From here, most clients move into our Performance-as-a-Service model.
Thought Shops
A tactical investment for a strategic output
