Paul founded EGOstream in 1999, combining his market and people insight to build a business specialising in helping US start-up technology organisations establish themselves in the European market, including Next, Versant and PSDI. Having evolved EGOstream’s reach to build and develop leading UK and International-based Software and IT Service organisations (including Adobe, SSA Global/Infor and Cisco), Paul has worked alongside the leaders of these world-class organisations to transform their focus and sales performance.
Today, Paul has taken that experience, success and footprint established with large organisations to evolve EGOstream’s service to deliver outstanding performance solutions to small to medium sized organisations who are in pursuit of ambitious business goals – from gearing the performance of start-up organisations and new entries into the UK/European market, to high growth organisations building to an exit, to businesses who are stagnating and in need of a turn-around.
Paul also acts as a Non-Executive advisor to a number of up and coming technology companies.
Diarmuid has twenty years experience of selling IT solutions into a variety of business sectors and brings a wealth of industry experience to EGOstream. Working in horizontally and vertically aligned territories, Diarmuid has always enjoyed the buzz and drive that you get in working with new clients. He has achieved this while working at IBM and Sterling Software as well as several UK start-ups including Alchemy Migration.
Diarmuid’s previous solution sales experience encompasses SaaS based propositions, Customer Relationship Management, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. Diarmuid joined EGOstream in 2008.
A Psychology graduate specialising in adult behaviour and psychological research methods, Lucy was recruited to join EGOstream five years ago in line with Paul’s vision of the needs of the industry and the people within it.
During her tenure, she has pioneered 1to1 Results Gearing and helped build an exceptional people performance optimisation business. Since joining EGOstream, Lucy has worked with Corporate and SME clients at all levels - designing, coordinating and implementing people performance initiatives that deliver results.
Lucy’s approach sets a new paradigm for helping sales professionals actualise their true potential. She leads a highly skilled team who are all passionately committed to personal performance.
Ray has the unique advantage of being a Former English Football League & Premier League Referee. In business he is committed to sales and marketing as business drivers and to the vital part that people play in achieving company success.
Ray’s wealth of experience includes being the Former CEO of the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore, Chairman of the Hong Kong Chartered Institute of Marketing and Founder/President of the Asia Professional Speakers Association.
Based in Singapore, Ray has been a key figure in spearheading and coordinating EGOstream’s expansion into the Asia-Pacific market – a move driven by existing client demand for talent in the region.
