Paul founded EGOstream in 1999 and went on to build an extremely successful organisation specialising in building start-up businesses entering the European market from the US. In the midst of the dotcom crash, Paul began to vision how the market would rebuild itself. His prediction: businesses in the technology space would need to get more out of their key assets - their salespeople - and the need for organic growth would be greater than ever.

To evolve with this vision, Paul restructured the business and set up three divisions - EGOstreamTalent, EGOstreamInsight and EGOstreamResults. Since the restructure, Paul has formed trusted working relationships with some of the biggest names in the industry including Adobe, Cisco Systems and IONA Technologies.

Lucy Cumber, Performance Director: A graduate in Psychology specialising in adult behaviour and psychological research methods, Lucy was recruited to join EGOstream four years ago in line with Paul's vision of the needs of the industry.

Over the past four years she has pioneered 1to1 Results Gearing, building an exceptional Development division that fits the ambition of our clients and has become the foundation of EGOstreamResults.  Since joining EGOstream, Lucy has worked with Corporate and SME clients at all levels - designing, coordinating and implementing results-driven initiatives that target the core of our clients' sales infrastructures.

Lucy's approach sets a new paradigm for maximising sales performance in the industry. She manages a highly skilled team - adapting each programme to drive results with each client.

Teresa Dick, Consulting Director: Teresa brings a wealth of international Sales and Management experience to EGOstream.  As a Software sales professional, she has a proven track record in creating, managing and developing high performing teams and individuals.  Achieving outstanding results through effective management of people, Teresa has worked with Senior Executives and their teams from leading international organisations through to SME's; her primary focus being on Business Leaders and their performance.

Teresa has been a pivotal member of the EGOstream team for the past three years and works predominantly with Leaders of Businesses to help drive growth from the very top of the organisations she engages with.

Julian Griffith, Business Development Director: Julian has enjoyed a highly successful career within Sales and General Management over the past 20 years in both the UK and Australia.  Starting in a highly competitive direct sales environment, the majority of his career has been spent in the Printed Communications Sector.  This has included working in the plastic card technology and photo ID industries with PMI Data and, until joining EGOstream, managing a specialist, niche market direct mail organisation, B&C Mailing, in Sydney.

Julian joined EGOstream in September 2007 and is responsible for supporting and developing existing client relationships as well as driving new business wins.

Ray Bigger, Operations Director (Asia-Pacific): Ray has the unique advantage of being a Former English Football League & Premier League Referee.  When combined with his sales and marketing career, the result is an unparalleled experience reservoir of business knowledge, people and life.  In business he is committed to sales and marketing as business drivers and to the vital part that people play in achieving company success.

Ray's wealth of experience includes being the Former CEO of the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore, Chairman of the Hong Kong Chartered Institute of Marketing and Founder/President of the Asia Professional Speakers Association.

Based in Singapore, Ray has been a key figure in spearheading and coordinating EGOstream's expansion into the Asia-Pacific market - a move driven by existing client demand for talent in the region.

Hugh Douglas-Smith, Director of IT and Innovation: Hugh has a background of more than 20 years within the I.T. industry and has founded a number of market leading internet based businesses. These have included the No.1 online car sharing system (shareAcar.com) as well as the award winning personal safety service AMBERresponse.com. Hugh has held senior management roles in a number of technology companies including XO communications (now, Pipex). This experience has provided him with an unrivalled knowledge of online services, their infrastructures and processes where he excels at developing ideas into effective online businesses.
